Primo: Accounts don't get hacked, they are given away (involuntarily)
Secundo: They probably can help you to get you account back as long as you have some way to prove that the account belongs to you, like mailining them your CD key. If you can't, then you are indeed screwed.

have you sent in an official support ticket and then answered it within 24 hours saying this did not solve the problem so it is bumped to a person instead of the auto response of the first post?

emailing them will not work it has to be a support ticket and nothing else

They also like to know what the names of your characters are. I don't think they need your passwords. All they need is an account name/email adress.

FIRST... you need to run some spyware software and find the keylogger you downloaded when you downloaded some other third party program.

l agree with basically what everyone said here:

-run anti-spyware program/s to get rid of keyloggers
-email support with a ticket and reply to the automatic message within 24hrs

The most you will hear from anet about what happpened to the "hackers" is going to be action has/hasn't been taken because of their privacy agreement.

ok ive done all and im re running vius spyware ect scannerers to delete all possable files

o well i was pretty poor 14k in staorage 3 anbres 2 demask 25 cloth nothing to big weapon (FU**) scar eater, furious flamberge of enchanting almost perfect healing ankh (dam that like almost 100k weapons) wow i didnt realize i had that much in weapons lol fu**
